Giving back is always a good thing for yourself and the person who receives. Have you wondered if your money is actually going to charity? Most of us are well aware of the obvious scams and rip offs, but how about the seemingly credible organizations.
Well worry no more...There is a site called Charity Navigator that will rate hundreds of charities right down to their accounting statements.
It is very simple to use as they even break it down by type of charity and rate each ones by stars, one through four.
You may be shocked that your favorite charity is really about fund raising.
