Review content:
We met here as a central meeting point for five people and what a mistake. It took forever to be seated, even though the restaurant was empty and then we were presented right away with a list of what they didn't have along with a couple of specials that didn't sound very "special". One of the cups of stale, bitter coffee arrived in a worn looking mug with a big kiss of lipstick on it. When she finally brought our food, about 20 minutes later, it reminded me of school lunches, really small portions and so unattractive and unappetizing. Unfortunately, it was just as bland and tasteless as it looked and the vegetable beef soup had a nasty pee smell to it. The chicken for our Cobb salad was black it was so overcooked and just as hard as a rock (at first we thought it was frozen solid) and was missing the olives and hard-cooked egg and they apparently never put avocados in their Cobbs. The Spinach salad was just about inedible with all withered spinach and stems and I don't think even washed. They also forgot the mushrooms and the sprouts were really gone by and smelled nasty and were slimy and gooey. Because we had to wait so long for the lunches to be prepared, there was no time for dessert and we left hungry. There used to be a gift shop under this restaurant, but that's gone and it won't be long before the restaurant is gone too.
