"Excellence" does not begin to describe the service and dedication that Dr. Lai provides in his office. It's like receiving Uptown services for Downtown prices. He is highly noted for his dedication and care to his patients. He has provided for most of Chinatown's orthodontic treatment for over 20 years. Patients continue to visit him from all over the United States (i.e. Boston, Florida, Connecticut, and etc.). Under his supervision he has a superb international staff working day and night for the care and comfort of his patients.
