Review content:
We had been to Alabama Grill two times before and had very good food and enjoyed the experience but this time it was terrible. We went there on New Year's Eve looking forward to a good meal before we went to a show. We both ordered Prime Rib. It was not fresh, rubbery and tasted terrible as if it had been frozen for a long time. We informed the waitress who was very nice and helpful,but she said the manager had given us a 15% discount. We ended up paying $43 for a baked potato and salad. We should have asked to speak to the manager but didn't want to cause a scene. It was just very disappointing and we will be afraid to go back there next time we are in Pigeon Forge.
The music and atmosphere are very good and the service is good and maybe we just went on a bad night since the season there was almost over. Just be careful what you order and demand your money back if it is not good.
