I love that Herman's carries quite a few themed party lines that the big stores don't. When you are on "THE BIRTHDAY PARTY CIRCUIT" it can be difficult to come up with themes and ideas that haven't already been done by your friends and family...Herman's is the place to go! They carry lots of hard to find items just when you need them! Need a Sesame Street First Birthday Centerpiece but Party City and Party America are sold out? TRY HERMAN'S! Need a bouquet of balloons for the big day or to rent a helium tank? They have the best prices for tank rentals in the South Bay as far as I know! They also do custom invitation engraving and are handily located right beside a Hallmark store and mail depot. Herman's is a great place to plan a party!
