The best place that I have found to purchase Faux wood window blinds is Lowe's. They can order just about anything you may want, if they don't have it in the store.
Lowe's is great about cutting the "in stock" blinds to the specifications that you need. This is a service that they provide to their customers. I have purchased blinds from Lowe's several times. A few of the blinds that I purchased were for very odd size windows. That was not a problem for Lowe's. They just took the measurements I brought in and cut the blinds to fit.
Lowe's is one of my favorite places to shop for "handyman" items or household needs.
