Review content:
Johnny Carino's is no different than any other Italian restaurants. They served similar dishes and served bread and soup/salad before the meal. I ate here with my family on Christmas Eve so naturally, this place was short-handed. We finished ordering and while everyone got their dishes, I was still waiting for mine. The waittress came by several times to reassure me that my dish was on its way and after everyone was nearly finished, my dish finally came. Well, I was very unhappy but it was Christmas Eve, afterall. The restaurant manager stopped by our table to inform us that my plate was on the house and apologized for the delay. Consequently, that brightened the mood of the night and we went on to enjoy the rest of our dinner. I would say the food there is quite good as I went in with very little expectations.
