Review content:
It's after Christmas, so the inevitable has to happen - it's time for returns. It happens. So, I took a couple of shirts back to New York and Company to exchange for something special to wear out tonight. They couldn't have been nicer. They weren't overbearing but came to check on me a couple of different times while looking through the racks and also while in the dressing room. When I finally made my choices, I was able to quickly exchange the items I had for the new ones I'd chosen.
The funny thing I noticed though was that before Christmas the sale was 2 for $30 and now the sale is that each piece was $14.99 so I actually got 2 cents back with my return. Not such a great after Christmas sale compared to before Christmas but I was happy with my purchases and got treated well while I was there and that really makes a difference to me! Most importantly, I left with a great new outfit to wear out for the New Years party I'm about to head out the door for.
