IN MY OPINION, THIS IS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE OF AN OFFICE! WHAT A DISORGANIZED **RUDE** BUNCH OF PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE!! ALSO, THEY HAVE THIS SNOOTY ATTITUDE THAT THIS IS A "LA JOLLA" OFFICE AND YOU SHOULD BE "LUCKY" THAT WE'LL EVEN ALLOW YOU HERE - WE ARE JUST TOO GOOD FOR EVERYONE. BUT THEN WHEN YOU TALK TO THEM IT IS LIKE A HIGH PRESSURE SALES PITCH WHICH IS SUCH A TURN OFF.
I MADE AN APPT. WHILE I SAW SICK AND THEY SAID IT WAS OKAY TO COME IN AND IT DIDN'T MATTER. I TALKED TO A DOCTOR FRIEND WHO SAID THAT WAS A BAD IDEA SO I CALLED THEM BACK TO TELL THEM AND THEY RUDELY CANCELLED THE APPT. LORI/LAURIE AND MICHELLE ARE TWO OF THE RUDEST MOST INCOMPETENT, COMPLAINING AND OBNOXIOUS PEOPLE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. EVERY TIME I'VE CALLED, THEY'VE BEEN VERY UNHELPFUL!
THEY COULDN'T EVEN GET MY APPT. RIGHT - I HAD TO RECONFIRM IT THREE TIMES - HAD IT UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME - TOTALLY DISORGANIZED!!! I AM STAYING AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! DON'T WANT TO WAKE UP TO FIND THEY PULLED THE WRONG TEETH, KNOW WHAT I MEAN??
