I am writing this to pass on to you how pleased I am with the job that your company did in reroofing our home. I am especially pleased with the job Larry did in installing the new treated shakes on our roof.
I watched him as he worked and was very impressed with the care and attention to detail that he brought to the job. He was very methodical and did not rush, but instead did a thorough and complete job.
I have thanked him but I wanted to make you aware of the outstanding job that he did. I know what a challenge it is to find and keep qualified and talented employees. Larry is an outstanding asset to your company. Job well done. -Kirk R.
