Review content:
Tow Pro towed my car from my apartment complex without my or managements knowledge. I took my drive out tags out of the back of my window to take to the dealership in order to get Tennessee license plates from the dealer. When I returned hom that afternoon my car was gone. I asked management about it they had no idea about what had happened. So, I called them and ask why they towed my car. Jane replied and said that management of the complex put a order in for it to be removed that morning. Management said that they didn't get in until 1:00 p.m. that day and was consistant with saying they had no record of them towing the car. Tow Pro (Brian) said that they had pictures of a sticker that they had placed on the car 10 days earlier. I had been driving the car and saw no sticker on the car. I asked Tow Prop to let me see the pictures, they replied with there system was down. Why would you need the system if you've got pictures? They also told me that the owner was never there and the manager Randy told me that this wasn't his f*#%king problem and that he was through with the conversation
