Review content:
I received a gift card from a friend and tried using it. When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist/ owner was very accomodating, up until I told her I was using the gift card. She then became very rude and dismissive. I am also in the customer service business and would not dare treat a customer that way. Regardless of how they pay for their service, it should be a good experience. I will definitely NOT recommend this salon to any clients or friends of mine!!! It was just HORRIBLE....!!!
