Businiess name:  Halo Salon

Review content:
I had highlights when I went in, and the stylist was just going to renew the base color while maintaining the highlights that I'd previously paid $100 for at Regis. My hair turned pink because the stylist didn't leave me under long enough. The stylist then had to add toner to get rid of the pinkness which completely covered all the highlights. Mabel, the owner, was unsympathetic, rude and stated that the color didn't take because my hair had been previously processed. Which I knew wasn't true because my hair has never turned pink in the past with processing. She told me that if I didn't pay anyway that she would call the police. When I began to cry because my hair was ruined, she accused me of crying to avoid having to pay for the bill.
