Last year I needed to have a new roof put on my house. I called around for estimates and found that Chad Lutterman Construction was the cheapest one so I hired them. I was so impressed with the work they did. It was done very fast and with great precision. The men working on the house were friendly but not intrusive or rude. The estimate I got to begin with was the price I paid, no tacked on fees at all. I was really pleased with everything and would recommend this company to anyone anytime.
