Review content:
Capitol Auto Group has the absolute worst service department that we've dealt with.
Ever.
When we took our SUV to them for an oil leak, it took weeks, and weeks, and even more weeks, for them to do....NOTHING!
We were even told once that it was done, and when my husband's co-worker dropped him off to pick it up, the car had the entire front end and suspension disassembled.....
They were so incompetant that they themselves could not fix it, and they themselves could not keep track of the progress (or lack thereof) of the repairs.
Finally, we took the car.....still leaking......to another Chevrolet Dealer. Power Chevrolet fixed the SUV's oil leak in one day, correctly.
We decieded to try again when we needed a use car, we went to kelly blue book and knew the car price of a used car they had on the lot, and we had cash to pay, once again, the salesman was rude, the car was way over priced and guess what we saw the same car on a smaller lot 3 months later with the orignial price we sought to get it at.
