Businiess name:  Bird Paradise Exotic Birds

Review content:
My wife and I went in this store just to look around and see what they had for sale. I really had no intention of buying a bird but once there, we both fell in love with the Macaws. I was amazed that you could interact with some of the bigger birds. I think that is what really did it for us. Had we not got a chance to do that, we may not have know how much fun these loving creatures were. Unfortunately they didn’t have any that weren’t already sold with the exception of a baby that was still to young to be out with the other birds. She still didn’t have very many feathers. She was just so nice to hold and interact with. So to make a long story short, we decided to get her. Now bird paradise is not like any other pet store that I have been too. They really do care a great deal about their birds. I think what says it all is if you use their bathroom, on the mirror above the sink in very big letters it says, “ All employees must love and respect all birds”. My girl was born in August so I won’t be able to take her home until she is totally weaned which usually takes on average of six months. If you think about it, it costs the owner money everyday just to keep your bird fed, and warm and the pens or cages clean. There are several rooms and sofas to sit and relax and spend time with your bird, which is important to bond with in the early ages. I can’t think of a better way to run a pet shop. It’s refreshing to see that there are still people out there that have the animal’s best interest at heart. Besides selling birds there is a tremendous amount of items for sale that compliment your bird. There is so much stuff; I don’t even know where to start. This place has got to be seen to be believed. My thanks and admiration goes out to Jack and all of his employees. This place should be a model to what other pet shops should be like.
