We received a chihuahua 12 week old puppy as a gift from someone that bought from this kennel. What a nightmare! This puppy is a very sweet animal but unfortunately is VERY ill. In the two weeks we have had the puppy he has been in the animal hospital twice, has had many, many tests run and will never be a completely well dog. He has been diagnosed with Addison's disease and at such a small size he may not be able to be regulated. What a shame for such a sweet creature to be subjected to this at such an early age. If none of us bought puppies from pet stores there would no longer be a place for puppy mills to sell puppies which would, in turn, limit the number of people that would breed puppies indiscriminately. We would NEVER have bought a puppy from anyone but a reputable breeder but, unfortunately were not given the chance due to an uninformed person who gave no thought to the poor animal. At this point we will do our very best to make sure this puppy has a wonderful life no matter how long (or short) and he will get the very best veterinary care available. This puppy is lucky - now we must all worry about the other puppies this store is selling. We WILL report them and will continue to assist in getting rid of pet store sales and puppy mills. Hopefully everyone reading this will join us in this effort.
