They forgot to put the oil cap on after changing my oil. When I went back, they offered a free oil change. I asked for them to reimburse me when I bring my car to see if any damage occurred because of the error on their behalf. The manager on duty consulted upper management and decided it was unnecessary because they looked at my engine. I questioned their qualifications to make this type of assumption. They confirmed they are some type of fluid specialists and not mechanics. Therefore, completely unqualified to make such assumptions. They did offer a car wash. (if my car broke down it would be at least clean?) I requested this offer in writing and signed by the manager which they complied to. Unfortunately, when I brought a copy of the receipt from the car wash to them, along with the letter signed by the manager, they refused to pay me because it was not an original receipt. No where on the manager's letter does it state it needed to be an original receipt. Plus, they did not refund me for the original oil change that they willingly admitted done incorrectly. Icing on the cake, if you try to call the complaint line, no one answers.
