i have worked for a company here in Chesterton for cash ,unfortunately and have been unable to collect my wages .this is the second time it has happened ,working for(Duneland Roof co.)I thought i'd give the owner Jeffery Flatz a second chance.what do i do to recupe my wages?i really don't want to take him to court i know i can, but the amount of money he owes is less than small claims court fees and also its just my word against his , the home owners were there though?what to do its a principals matter?
