Out of so many real estate agents, I am so glad my husband and I found Jane Becker at Home Team AdvantEdge.
From the start, she was straight with us as to what to expect from her and what she expected from us. As first time home buyers, we had no idea about most of the home buying process.
At our first meeting, she took quite a bit of information to get us started. She recommended very thorough financing people so we would have a good idea of what we could really afford before we jumped in. She has a reputation of never having a deal fall through because of financing so we felt quite secure.
Once she had our information, she gave me several listings to drive by and a checklist of things to look for. When we decided on a few to look at, she made the appointments and was with us every step of the way. She even attended the home inspection with us. Once we had an accepted offer, she stayed with us and kept us informed. She negotiated to keep things like the window treatments in the house, which I never would have thought of. Touches like that have made a huge difference.
Having heard of so many things that can go wrong when buying a house, I was nervous going in. With Jane and Home Team AdvantEdge, however, buying a house was fun. We knew what to expect and were secure because she made sure we were prepared for each step.
I recommend her strongly to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in Central MA.
