One bad apple does not necessarily spoil the whole barrel...
After purchasing 9 properties from an agent representing this company, I discovered that the real estate agent was having a long term affair with my husband. When I confronted her, she denied it, but my husband confirmed it after I discovered they had booked a cruise together. I complained to the company and to the Board of Realtors, but the only action that was taken was that her professional relationship was severed from her partner and she was transferred to another local office.
This agent clearly violated her Professional Code of Ethics, not to mention devestating me personally, professionally and financially.
I recommend that anyone doing business with this company in Saratoga Springs, particularly the Team Leader of the Schuylerville NY Office, be wary of doing business with this person.
