"I would like to thank you for the service we received on April 10, 2007. Earlier that day we purchased a water heater and installation at Lowe's. They sent a contractor who did a very poor job and the heater was not working not to mention he was very rude. We did not want the same contractor back at our house to fix the job so Lowe's contacted you for service. Our heater was working in a short time. Wes did an excellent job and was very polite and professional. We were very pleased that he came so quickly and fixed our problem. It was nice to once again have hot water after two days without it. Thanks again for the quick resolution arid great service."
