Businiess name:  Nibbana-A Thai Cookery
Review by:  Covered in rain ..
Review content:
My husband and I use Nibbana as a fall-back restaurant when we don't know where to go. We both love Thai food and they do a pretty good job at Nibbana. It is not the fantastic Thai that we lived off of when we lived in the U-district, but it is great for Bellevue. They have really good lunch combination specials and dinner is reasonably priced. The restaurant has a very pretty and exotic decor that puts you at ease. We've never had to wait for a seat, even during busy times. They are careful to stick to the level of spicy-heat you request. You can also ask them for a spice tray and they will bring you a tray full of chili oil, chilies and other spices. The staff is polite and seem to want to stay out of your way, so don't be afraid to ask if you need anything. The restaurant is across from the Bellevue Transit Center, so it is far enough away from the Bellevue Square crowds.
