I have tried to return a second mattress from this store and have been turned away from the owner. He states that the sag in the mattress is one dimension and I have pictures to show, it is another dimension. This mattress is only 6 months old and they tell me there is nothing they can do. I have been conned out of $900 and has not going to give it back. I have referred this store and their service to the BBB and the Mobile register.
