I love Dollar Tree! And don’t lump Dollar Tree with all the other dollar stores – this one is by far the best one out there! They sell household items, small toys, baby items, toiletries, party decorations, gift wrap, school supplies, food items, storage items, and the list goes on and on. They even have national name brands in most departments (in this case, stuff is categorized by aisles). What makes this store different than say, Dollar General or Family Dollar is that everything actually is $1 or less!
Yup; Dollar Tree goes on sale too! I’ve only seen it happen on seasonal merchandise, but what could be better than getting four spools of Christmas ribbon for a quarter each or Valentine’s Day greetings (the kind your kids hand out to their classmates) for 50¢ per package? (Just like traditional retailers, the savings depends on how long after the holiday passed.) Although they do sell certain chocolate bars and candy two for $1 everyday.
What I totally find cool though is that since they computerized their check out, they now allow you to exchange (no cash refund) items you don’t want or need anymore. I find that real handy when I buy too much of something for a party. As long as the items are still in stock, I’ve never had a problem being able to exchange out items.
Here’s the http://www.dollartree.com/ to find a Dollar Tree near you.
