I have witnessed the various drilling rigs in this company. In the past 2 years I have seen very unsafe working conditions and unsafe work ethics performed by drillers. If the drillers cared about their hands the same way they care for their selves, they would be more productive and efficient. There would not be as many turnovers with the hands. They work the hands like dogs and kick them the same way. Maybe you should run drug and alcohol tests on the rig sites, randomly. I bet you didn't know you have a bunch of druggies and alcoholics running your rigs. Thank you for the opportunity to detail my comments regarding this company and the people running it.
