Review content:
I used to be QTini's biggest fan. The women who work there are great at what they do, and I felt the quality of their work rivaled much more expensive spas I've visited. However, I agree wholeheartedly with the comments from the other reviewer about the man who works there. I had a pedicure there in June and he cut my foot pretty badly because he started to shave the callous on my big toe before my foot had been soaking for more than a minute or so. The owner, a little reluctantly, finished my pedicure after I told her I didn't feel comfortable continuing with him.
I made an appointment the next time I went and asked to have one of the women do my pedicure, but the way they work makes it difficult to guarantee which employee you will get without making a fuss...not something I want to do when I'm going to do something to relax.
My mom also had a pedicure with him and told me it was the worst one she has ever had. He was very sloppy and rushed through her pedicure.
Bottom line: I don't go there anymore, because the chances of getting him are not worth it. If he weren't there, I would highly recommend it to anybody.
