Businiess name:  Thaiger Room

Review content:
One of my favorite Thai restaurants in Seattle. Nowadays, I actually prefer Thaiger room to Thai Tom's (after 7 years of Tom's being my favorite). I love how they cook the meat. It tastes incredible, it tastes like they marinate the meat perfectly and then heat it in such a way it seals in the flavour. My favorites are the Pad See Ew with Beef and the Pad Kee Mao with Chicken. If you are with people, I suggest getting both and splitting them, they taste delicious in contrast to one another. The Pad See Ew's mellow sweetness goes well with the Pad Kee Mao's rich spice. I only order 2 stars here, though because it is VERY spicy and sometimes inconsistently spiced which can result in TOO spicy. (I used to get 3-4 stars at Thai Tom's). The food is consistently good. However a few times (out of nearly 20 visits) I have gone the meat hasn't been quite as perfectly cooked. Still the food is so delicious I get weekly cravings! Portions are generous. If I am starving I can eat the whole thing, but usually I take a snack home for later. Food quality is consistently good (but not great). Left-overs taste decently heated up the next day with no trouble for my light-constitution. Rice is included and the prices are very reasonable around $7-9 for most meals. Atmosphere is plain but fine. The noise can be a bit loud (mainly banging from kitchen) and tables are spaced closely (like many U.Dist. places) but I don't think twice about this since I'm here for the food! Service is good, and fast, though attentiveness can vary a bit. Still with a small effort of flagging you can get someone's attention who is happy to help you. I haven't had to wait more than 10 minutes, though the place is usually full.
