ON OCTOBER 26TH, AT APROX 7AM, MY WIFE'S BLOOD PRESSURE WENT VERY HIGH. WE CALL AIREVAC MEDICAL AMBULANCE SINCE WE HAVE MEMBERSHIP WITH THEM. DUE TO WEATHER, THEY COULD NOT FLY. THER CALLED FOR A GROUND AMBULANCE. EUCHA WAS THE FIRST ON THE SCENE, THEN JAY AMBULANCE SHOWED. JAY AMBULANCE WAS THE ONE THAT TRANSPORTED HER TO THE GROVE HOSPITAL.
I FOLLOWED BEHIND THE AMBULANCE. WHEN THE AMBULANCE GOT INTO JAY, THE MADE A LEFT TURN INTO THEIR STATION. I WAS TERRIFIED THAT SOMETHING HAD HAPPENED TO MY WIFE AND THEY NEEDED HELP. WHAT I FOUND OUT WAS, THAT THE MEDIC THAT WAS DRIVING HAD OTHER PLANS AND WANTED TO CHANGE DRIVERS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RUN.
THEIR RESPONCE WAS SHE WAS ALRIGHT, NO BIG DEAL. WELL, IT IS A HELL OF A BIG DEAL TO ME. MY WIFE'S LIFE WAS AT STAKE AND THEY DID NOT CARE. SHE WAS LATER TRANSFERED TO ST JOHNS HOSPITAL IN TULSA.
PEOPLE, IF YOU CARE ABOUT A LOVEDONE AND HAVE A CHOICE, DO NOT USE THIS PISS POOR EXCUSE FOR AN AMBULANCE SERVICE.
