After my daughter and I did our good dead of transfering a dog, Sarge, from a vet's office to a doggie dude ranch which I wrote about in another post, we were getting a bit hungry. No, starved. We're both on this Isagenix Health and Wellness For Life Program, losing weight and mostly, just feeling so good. We eat one sensible, healthy meal a day and I was too tired to make it home and make that meal. We went to Red Robin and she ordered the Crispy Chicken Salad and I ordered the salad different. I asked if I could have the salad without eggs, because I'm sensitive to eggs, leave out the bacon too, and change the chicken to fish. He said sure, that could be done. It was soooo good. Red Robin is a very famiy friendly place. It's clean and the restrooms were clean too. Our waiter was prompt at coming to our table, bringing our drinks and taking our order and getting it RIGHT. It was a great experience. I love their cod which they use in their Fish & Chips which I used to get with the big ole order of french fries and coleslaw. The prices are a little high .. but the portions are big. He said the next time just order one salad and ask to have it split .. it would save us money since we could not eat the entire salad; neither of us did. The only down side, the accoustics are a little loud due to it being like a tin ceiling. The pictures and decorations on the walls are in a 50's and 60's theme.
