Wow was I disappointed in the attitude and service from this companies owner. Took a wedding dress in to be cleaned and preserved and when we asked if she guaranteed her work, she asked us to leave her business. She said that she would not defend her work, that she had been in business for 30 years and that was enough. I tried to asked if there would be a problem with the chemicals on the metallic thread and sequins and she would not take the time to explain the process. Her only reply was that she would not have accepted the job of she believe it could not be done. How was I to know that? All I can say is that I'm glad that she did not have the opportunity to touch my dress and that I do not have to deal with her grumpy attitude in the future. I suggest you think before you take your business to this cleaners, when the owner will not stand behind their work. Sad!
