Review content:
I had a bank account with US Bank when I lived in another state and I had so many problems with this bank it was unreal. They over drafted my account and even after I went in and cleared the whole thing up they charged me $5.00 per day that the account was over drafted and when I tried to clear that up they said since it had been two weeks that it was over drafted I would have to pay the 80.00 that I owed them. When I pointed out that it wasn't my fault it was a bank error on their part, they told me that they would take half of it off but I would have to pay the other half. I told them they were nuts. Needless to say, I closed out my account there and I won't ever use them again. Also, In Laws used to have an account with this bank she had problems too. My father in laws ex wife worked for US Bank in another department and would have her friends look to see how much money was in in in laws account cause she wanted more child support. Then she would call up and tell my in laws that she knew how much was in their account and she thought that they should be doing more for the kids. Even after contacting the bank about this, they pretty much told my in laws there wasn't a whole lot that they could do about it cause the bank couldn't prove that she was doing it. Talk about a little frustrating.
