So, when I was away on a trip to an Anime convention at the Renaissance Waverly hotel. Which is Immaculate by the way, and it's also a part of the Galleria Mall. So, I go to this convention at least once a year w/friends and family instead of the traditional family reunion, b/c basically that's what it is (laughing to myself). I mean there's a bunch of us that have a lot in common and Japanimation, or also known as *Anime happens to be the one of many things we have in common. So, it's not the whole family, but it's a big bunch. It's the first night were there and the lady gets our order wrong. Then we end up waiting to get our drinks refilled a gazillion times (over exaggerating). I was perturbed, and slighlty baffled. I use to be a waitress myself and my duty was to serve and make my customers happy. I now work in an industry where I know all there ins and outs of what can make or break me in the customer service department. Unfortunately this waitress did not care about whether our food was up to par, or if we were doing okay on drinks or food. I mean were from out of town, and were there to be served and to be able to relax. This was far from what we were recieving. I just made sure she didn't get much of a tip from me because she didn't work for it. As for the food, it was melt in your mouth delish! I had some potato slivers loaded, and some mild boneless buffalo wings, and celery. OMG! It was so dern good. I loved it, I just wish the service was as good as the waitressing. It was sad, you should've been there to witness it first hand. Now, since I'm posting this I'm going to send the comment card off and they're going to be thrilled to recieve it (sarcasm, of course). I recommend the restuarant, but I also recommend making sure you keep eye contact on who you may feel (instinct wise) may serve you properly. ~Kimmie
