Horrible. I had the worse experience with them. You can't, absolutely can't connect with anyone at the store. Every, every, every time I call the store I get their answering service. Since my order was never received they said they can't help and I need to talk to someone at the actual shop but I CAN'T get a hold of anyone at the actual shop.
