I ordered some stuff from this store's Web site - was really excited to receive it, but the package was LOST. The company took NO responsibility and did NOTHING to make it right for me. So I am out my money and I have no merchandise, which I'm pretty sure constitutes fraud. I've been ordering stuff from catalogs and then the Internet for 20+ years and I've NEVER heard of a retailer treating a customer this way in the event a package goes missing. Stay away!
