Businiess name:  Nan Zhou Hand Drawn Noodle House

Review content:
If you're one that cares about ambiance and decor, please stop reading. However, if you're one that can enjoy tasty hole in the wall finds, then you're in the right place. (Truthfully, it's not that bad, I would say the restaurant looks much cleaner than others I've seen in Chinatown.) The menu is very simple here, it's just noodles. If you want a side of veggies the waitress/owner will have to go to a near-by store to buy some fresh veggies to cook for you. The texture of the noodles here are definitely one of the best that I've had with the consistently of the noodle being nice and chewy but not hard. The soup base on the other hand can be improved because I've had some Beef Noodles Soups where you can tell the abundance of beef bones and beef that were used to make the stock. However, overall I would say on a cold day the beef brisket noodles paired with some chili sauce make the perfect cure in fighting the chilly weather.
