Review content:
To begin, this guy takes care of all types of cars and types of car problems.
In most cases you don't need an appointment a week down the line. Best of all, his rates are probably half the rate of any dealership.
They'll drop you off or pick you up from BART.
He makes you feel comfortable if you're a woman, he'll explain the work the needs to be done and still leave the decision up to you after explaining the pros and cons of doing the work vs. putting it off.
The only negative in my opinion is that he justifies his price too much and if you're only going in for an oil change well...they're not the most competitive prices, but he'll tell you that the more you bring it in for routine, the better he gets to know your car and the longer the life of the car. It's worth giving him a try. I only just found him within the last year and I feel very fortunate I did.
