My local Forever 21 in the Fair Oaks Mall has a great selection of bracelets, hair accessories, sunglasses, necklaces, earrings, and bangles. It is super inexpensive and will be under $10 for each item. Their sunglasses are a true trendy bargain. Beware of their return policy. They don’t let you return jewelry and they are very strict with those using credit cards (the store caters to teens.) I have a friend in her early 30’s who buys all her jewelry there for formals and everyday. She is hip and funky!
