Businiess name:  Capitol Hill Towers

Review content:
My friend just bought a one bedroom in Capital Hill Towers, a new development off the Navy Yards metro station. The Towers is part of a building that houses the Courtyard Marriott. This is a great thing because if you live there and don't necessarily want all your family and friends living with you while they visit, they can just go to the hotel! The Towers has a beautiful, modern lobby and helpful and friendly desk staff. The views are not particularly spectacular, but since this entire area is getting developed over the next few years the views of factories and dilabidated housing will change over to banks and Starbucks. There is a rumor that a Trader Joes is going to come into the first floor retail space, but residents aren't holding their breath. The new National's baseball stadium is being buillt nearby and the new DOT headquarter will soon call this area home. This area is going to be HUGE in the coming years and prospective buyers should really consider this building while it's still affordable. It's just a block from the Navy Yards metro on the Green Line, and I felt very safe walking there at night, alone. The building has a fantastically appointed fitness room with brand new machines and flat screen tvs. I was impressed with the party room and pool hall that can be reserved for events. The courtyard is beautiful and has a nice fountain that provides good white noise for the apartments. You don't here traffic or typical "city" noise here either. If you are in the market for a nice apartment in the DC area, don't miss this!
