I recently purchased a mattress set from Mattress Warehouse in Vienna, VA. I received customer service that was much better than I had expected.
My salesman, Ken, took a lot of time with me, to educate me in how the various mattresses were constructed and how those construction details affected my comfort and how long the mattress would provide comfortable sleep.
I would recommend this store in Vienna highly to other mattress buyers.
My purchase experience was easy and enjoyable due to the salesman's expertise.
