If you are in Petoskey, Michigan and want to visit a great bookstore this is the place to go! Unlike the big chain stores, McLean & Eakin has a warmth and friendly atmosphere that is often missing these days. They have a wonderful selection of books and gift items. The selection of Michigan related books is extensive and interesting. I love bookstores and we have made it a point to visit here on both of our visits to Petoskey. To me there is nothing better than a great hotel room and a pile of new books and magazines. Enjoy!
