Review content:
I have had fewer than 5 brides to be unhappy with my work. Most of the time it is because they did not fully read the contract, or because they were unable to explain fully/or show what they wanted. If this bride had said anything to me at the church; pointing out what she was unhappy about, I would have been able to fix the problem at the time. Instead, I was met with "Oh, that's so pretty" and "They're beautiful". To my knowledge, she was unhappy with only the altar flowers and nothing else. It is unfair to write a review like this and not specify the exact problem. I have hundreds of more than satisfied brides and their mothers, many of whom still recommend me to others, years after their weddings. The many glowing thank-you notes and letters, plus continued recommendations prove that. If faced with honest unhappiness at the time, I will do everything within my power to see that a bride is pleased and satisfied, but it is impossible to do it after the honeymoon.
