I have been to Mazzio's Pizza in Claremore several times. Although I really enjoy the weekly buffet night, I decided not to go back on this day of the week. First is the wait to get a table. Next, when you finally get your plate, there is not much selection of pizza to chose from. When they finally get some more pizzas out, if you aren't quick, you don't get any.
Last Sunday, I took my grown twins (for their birthday) and their families for pizza there, as the location is a central location to the towns they live in. I knew we would need to go early, before church services let out for the evening. Luckily the timing was good, there were only a few customers. It didn't take too long to get our pizzas, although they didn't get the order right. It took quite a while to get the correct pizza. Not long after we got our correct pizza, the waitress wanted to take our plates. We weren't even finished eating. I guess she thought we were taking too long, because she was back again, trying to clear our table.
Yes, we were taking our time, eating and visiting but it wasn't like they needed our table. The place was still pretty empty. It was hours before closing time. We were laughing and talking but we certainly weren't being loud or obnoxious. We were just trying to spend some family time together.
