Review content:
I used Cleveland Tax & Financial services to do my income tax for the last 3 years . In 2004 one of their Employees did not complete my taxes correctly and gave me bad advice on the keeping of records and receipts . I ended up paying almost 1500 dollars because of this advice and poor quality and knowledge of tax laws and procedures. Do not ever use this company.They are not willing to work with you after a problem occurs .They also were not willing to own up to their mistake. I have filed complaints with the IRS and better business bureau.I found out I'm not the only one . They also used the IRS copy righted logo illegally and were caught.
