Review content:
Chiang's exists in a location which used to rotate businesses every year or so. When it first went in, I was skeptical, we'd had several Chinese restaurants go out of business on the same spot. The food off either of them is great but if you're looking for a real culinary experience, the authentic menu is not to be missed. Between the two menus, you have access to one of the largest food selections in Seattle. The food is always great, arriving in gigantic portions. I almost always end up with leftovers in my fridge. The service is hit or miss, as the place can be bursting at the seams or fairly quiet (Friday nights are always crazy), but as long as you're looking for great Chinese food and have a tolerant friend or two, this is the place to be...
