Review content:
My wife and I, plus two of our friends frequented this restaurant last month. I wasn't going to add this comment until I heard a similar complaint from another friend, which got me reconsidering, so here goes.
The food is reasonable, nothing out of the ordinary, but pretty good. But that is not this restaurant's crucial issue, for that alone would be okay for a casual restaurant. The problem is the lack of finesse, abruptness and arrogance of its GM or owner (not sure who he is, but he is in charge). He spoke rudely to my wife, addresses his staff in a disrespectful way and just gives a very poor impression. This man is a definite candidate for charm school, especially considering the nature of the business he is in. We were completely turned off by this experience and would never return or recommend this restaurant because of it. The service was not too great either. As far as this person in charge though, it really is too bad that class can't be bought - he needs some badly.
