Review content:
I know this is a chain restaurant but my folks wanted to go there for dinner when we were visiting Springfield this weekend and I was pleasantly surprised. Our server (Jacki) was a consummate professional and handled or quiet table as well as she did the two rowdy tables next to us. She was friendly, pleasant and attentive, along with the rest of the servers on the floor.
The bbq was quite good and they have an ingenious way of dealing with the multiple tvs hanging from the ceiling around the room, each table has it's own speakerbox that can be tuned to any tv so you can listen to the audio for whichever tv you'd like, or no sound at all. The food was quite good and there was plenty of it (my mom and I split a platter of ribs, it would have been too much for one but was just right for two).
