Brought in 6/21 for broken windshield and awning. Fernando said that because it was an ins. claim we could get so much more done because ins would pay for so many things.Time passes, finally, we are told we can pick it up 7/29! ( summer is almost over, but ok) The person drives it to us, we are charged much more than the estimation, person starts to walk away. Husband gets in,... "wait, drivers windshield is broken". "Well ",they say, your ins should cover it". My behind!!! Our ins is not involved. it happened under your watch!. Yet they tried. Finally on 8/5 we went to pick it up. It was a mess. The battery was dead, and you couldn't see out of the windshield, because of the dirt. There is a sign posted that says after 2 weeks your rig gets cleaned. I guess that expired after 2 months. After we brought it home, the battery kept dying. We looked at it, they weren't even the same batteries that were there when we brought it in!!! They weren't even deep cell!! The people at " Pep Boys" said these aren't even the right kind of batteries for this kind of vehicle.. ( Imagine our surprise!!!!!) So to summerize: We were ripped off lied to, charged for things that weren't done, and feel that we were totally reemed by Paul Everet. I have spoken to no one thgat has been happy with your service, and am starting a campaign to spread the word on how yopu treat people. Sincerley, Terri Telenda Cokley
