i go to cost cutters all the time, they have great hairstylists an you can get your hair cut for 12 dollars an if you want it washed, cut an styled you can get that done for fifteen dollars. i also get a good hair cut an never have to wait very long to get it cut. they even permed it for my sister's wedding an did an excellent job. they also have a bunch of shampoo an conditioners in their shop that they sell which makes it nice because you can buy the shampoo they use on you to wash your hair when they cut it.
