Review content:
The location at The Gateway is a small one compared to some that I've been in. At times, it can be awkward to actually get into the store because there are so many people in line waiting. And because of this, it makes it hard to exit as well. Now, if you go in when there isn't a line--you won't have these problems. The staff here is always really nice and friendly. If you go as much as I do, they'll know exactly what you want to order right when they see your face walk in the door! LOL I love going by this Starbuck's during the cold months because I love to get a hot chocolate with caramel added so I can have it when I walk around the shopping center outside.
